Soundtrack to a cool experience.
In 1997 I graduated college and got a job doing web development. A speed metal head who graduated high school in 1992, I was getting a bit bored with the genre and found myself enjoying the punk rock I once denounced as clumsy and simplistic. I was able to spend 6 weeks in Japan during the 1998 Winter Olympics and this was the last CD I bought in the USA. I listened to this CD on the train rides to and from the datacenter every day. The excellent cover of Champs Elysees would play as I walked the last few blocks from the train station, breathing in the cold air mixed with diesel and natural gas fumes from taxis and cars. This is a solid album with a great mix. It's more polished than their earlier albums but still a great listen.
