Sassasa, good but mislabled
The album represents a compendium of music previously performed by Paulo. There is also plenty of new material. The way it downloaded into my computer, the tracks have been named out of order. This should not distract from the quality of Paulo's performance. I for one, have been waiting for a long time for a studio version of Processos da banda, which came minus cheri cheri(downloaded as Mulata on my computer), well performed with more brass than I'm used to listening in Angolan music. The new track Sassasa, downloaded as N'gulupe on my computer is very atractive in its' sound and represents a slight change in the rythm of his typical semba melodies. Chibata is a Portuguese salsa rythm and it's very sensually performed. Overall this is an excellent album. Anyone looking for new sounds and can tear themselves away from Amidol, would do well with this album. Hopefully, the publisher can fix the music track titles.
