Arrrrrr
Well then, if you're not going to release it online then I'll grab my parrot and eyepatch and head out into the open waters of the Internets to reel it in there...

These guys are the future of indie.
Touch & Go: "hi Ben, some of our catalog is not on emusic and other digital retailers -- depending on the wishes of our artists and our decisions here whether to work within different ways of making music available." So basically they're saying that it *might* be Pinback and it might be a marketing strategy. Whatever... I think they're working "within different ways of making muysic unavailable" :D The album is great and with some of the best Pinback songs ever. Walters, Devil You Know, From Nothing to Nowhere, How We Breath.. it is a must-have, and slightly more pop than the other ones, which is not bad. They seem like a really creative band persuing a specific sound on each release, and for now it's working quite well.
If you don't release it here, I won't buy it otherwise.
where the hey is the full album emusic???? urrrggggg!
I wrote to Touch and Go (pinbacks record label) and they said that they have no intention of releasing the full album on eMusic. so the record label, not eMusic, is to blame here.
Propulsive!
This is lame. There is no reason that Emusic doesnt have this album if the have Pinback's last album on Touch and Go. I check regularly if it is up yet, only to be disappointed. In the past Ive bought albums from itunes, only to see them finally arrive at emusic. This time I thought I wouldnt be outsmarted, but I didnt expect to wait 2 months. This album was realeased on 9.11.07. Get a move on emusic.
You can download the mp3 from their web site at 192 kbps
Is it safe to say that E-Music will not have the rest of this album ? Don't make me go to itunes.. Best, Ibisf
