Pip Skid is not afraid to open up on record. And not in that phony emo-rap way. Pip comes off as a very frustrated rapper who is afraid of germs, his alcoholism, and other people. And on top of that? He really hates George Bush. And really, who doesn't? "WMD" and "These Colors Don't Run" capture the political climate of 2004 perfectly. "Jealousy" finds Pip confronting some dude who is moving in on his wife. I used to have a job that I HATED that started at 6:00 so "5:20 AM" always made a lot of sense to me. Also. Mcenroe's production here is flawless. This album is really a forgotten gem amongst the P&C catalog.
