Way back in 1990, I saw the Dead Milkmen play in Syracuse, NY. One of the opening acts was a power trio from Boston called the Cavedogs. In my opinion, the Cavedogs were the best band there that day, and completely stole the show. This band features the drummer/vocalist from The Cavedogs, and this cd really rocks. I HIGHLY recommend this cd, as well as music from the other members of The Cavedogs. Brian Stevens was a member, and released a near perfect record under the same name. Todd Spahr has a couple of great albums with his band, The Gravy. And of course, if you can locate some Cavedogs material, it is well worth the search and the cost. The Cavedogs are one of my favorite bands to this day.
