Great stuff!
RVB, largely the work of singer and multi-instrumentalist Jon Bernson, produced what must stand as one of the best-ever debut albums. An epic journey through the history of the mythical town of Drakesville, this is folk rock of the highest order -- seriously, it's right up there with the first Plainsong album (I can offer no higher praise). Highlights are many, including "The Great Fire Of Drakesville", brilliantly told from the POV of the fire.
