One of The Best Hot Tele Pickin' Albums Around!
...and pleasurable listening. Great tunes! I even love his gut-bucket voice. I know of Redd from my interest in Telecaster chickin' pickin' musicians and heard his licks on other people's albums as well as in a live, intimate performance at the NY Amp show 2 years ago, but I never heard any of his albums. I was very pleasantly surprised at how listenable, fun and musically satisfying this album is. Highly recommended for those who like roots music and virtuosic playing.
