Wow
They still have it after all these years!!
They still have it after all these years!!
I was going to download my vinyl, but this saves me the time and work. Plus I won't hear all the wear and tear I put on those records throughout the years. Bravo!
I've had this in my collection for a while. Great fusion recording from super group-Highly recommend as you can't go wrong with this!
Thanks to Chick's label for providing these. I've had these on vinyl since they came out. It's no skin off my nose to spend 20 DLs from emusic for this, the best fusion there ever was, even when you count, say, Bitches Brew. It never gets old.
I saw RTF in Atlanta during their recent reunion tour. WOW!!! Whoever heard of guys in their 50's and 60's actually getting better and faster. It's just not human. As for this collection, I do wish individual downloads were allowed. I'd rather not have to download songs I already own.
I saw RTF in Boston in the 70's. After all of these years...they have not missed a beat. I wish I could have seen them in concert this year. Great Group!!
What is this nonsense? Please. Don't know who is responsible or why this is but I am moving on. Sorry RTF, I'll stick with the songs I already own on CD and just leave it at that.
My wife and I caught RTF at the Fox in St Louis. It was an incredible show. I have never been to a concert when the crowd gave a standing ovation before the band even picked up an instrument. It is true, Chick Corea and the band walked on stage unannounced and the crowd stood up and cheered. We waited for this night for 20 years. The highlight of the evening was Stanley Clarke's Solo on the the fretles double bass.
Just saw them on tour and they're in great form, absolutely loving the moment of playing together again. If you like this album/band/genre this is a must see ticket.
Too bad you have to download the entire thing. Looks like a good collection of tracks, if you don't have the source albums. Otherwise , check out the 2 disc "Anthology" (not on emusic), it has some great live stuff.
