Equilibrium - Day and Night, Good and Evil, Darkness and Light, Positive and Negative, Ying and Yang, opposites and all their shades coexist and intersect constantly. It also happens in our life but we don't understand it. We don't usually stop over thinks we don't like both for fear and ignorance but we prefer to give attention only on good thinks. We are ignorant about ourselves, about what we really are. We could distinguish and accept fearful thinks which enable and restrain ourselves only if we try to know ourselves with a growing awareness. In this way we can get a natural equilibrium.
