Do not buy this - It is a rip off.
These are not original recordings and it doesn't even sound like Gwen Dickey the lead singer. I have no idea who would think this is acceptable as '10 Best' and shame on emusic for peddling this junk, as a bare minimum you should expect an accurate description on the front page.
Rerecordings are not the best
What is wrong with the original recordings? These are off, must have been recorded when teh vocal cords had tightened up from age.

The SONGS are some of the best of the era, but by all means avoid these second-rate rerecordings. Go find the originals!

Terrible cover versions again from eMusic. This album takes the fantastically performed and produced soul and disco of Rose Royce, and turns it into a joke. Extremely disappointing.
