This was my first Roy Ayers album and has always been one of my favorites! In retrospect, I've come to appreciate Roy's unique blend of acid-jazz, funk, r&b, humor and combination of playful and soulful arrangements. After not hearing this record literally (the record is in one of my closets) in over 15 years it is refreshing to finally listen to it in on my iPod. I remember wanting to hear more of his vibe playing but this is a fun album nevertheless.
