The first time I heard Roy play was in a very small venue in Morgantown, WV. Hearing his style influenced me to change the way I play guitar. I've had so much more fun with it studying all the old time blues. This album shows Roy at an earlier time which for me is a great way to enjoy an artist that I love to hear.
