great debut album
A fairly new band made up of veterans of the Scandinavian metal and hard rock scene. This is a diverse, dynamic album that blends various styles of metal to create a fresh, engaging listening experience. Their sound favors Sabbath more than death or black metal, but this is not a simplistic stoner band. The song arrangements are complex, almost proggy, but without wankery. Heavy and compelling, with strong productions values and good vocals. A personal fave is The Executioned Undead, but there are several good songs.
