Pop music but deeper than usual...

Sam Phillips is so unique. I love her voice, the lyrics of her songs and the arrangements. In my estimation 'Always Merry', 'Magic', 'Lever Pulled Down', and 'Tell Her What She Wants To Know' are the top songs on this album. After buying this one, I also bought one of her previous albums and you should too. You won't be sorry!

sam phillips always does a great job. You should download everything she's done! This one is strong. Exellent lyrics. Excellent production. Yes, Tell Her What She Wants To Know is superb.

Still rooted firmly in the "parlor music" production of her last three records, but a very diverse collection of songs. The title track and "Lever Pulled Down" are highlights.
