Necro Goodness
This album is produced as badly as any Darkthrone album, but that's okay, though. There is a reason that the best black metal label in the world named itself "Deathlike Silence." These songs are simple, fast and evil... except when they are simple, slow and evil. If you're looking for the thrash band that might have out-Slayered Slayer, go get Persecution Mania, Agent Orange and Code Red. But, if you ever wanted to walk around the woods wearing corpsepaint and spikes, this album (which is actually both an EP and an album) is for you. I didn't bother to download the "intro" and "outro" tracks, but that's just me. "Deathlike Silence" isn't a real song, either, so you can feel free to bypass that track if you're stingy with your dl's. PS - Tom Angelripper is the best name in music history.
