I haven't even listened to this record, so this isn't a review. I just stumbled across it while perusing sub pop's entire collection on here. But, you, sir, should really check and recheck, several times, anything you type. In general. And especially if you're going to post it for public viewing. Good God. And after simply previewing it, I'd say that, if anything, this record is indeed soothing. I don't know about very soothing, but if I did decide to throw a "very" in there, it would feature the regular, less subtal, I mean subtle, singular R. And with that, I'm going to leave this record alone, as Wally, you may be on to something.

Worth a listen-to

This is a great little indie album. The White Season is a completely magical song - probably the best on the album. It may not be a memorable or formative album along the span of your life, but it's definitely worth a few listens.
