Lost None of it's Power
I bought this recording when it first came out. I listened to it again yesterday. I am still amazed at the power of this opera/(I think) oratorio. One of the best works written in the last half of the 20th century. This recording is a full vindication of Philip Glass' minimalist technique. Lay down those 24 credits without hesitation...
