music or parody?
Sorry but should this be music or parody? Very poor.

I don't know about the rest of this recording, but Nuclear War is so right on it gives me shivers. I saw this song performed on a live video, the title of which I forgot, which is not the same rendition as on this recording, in which Mr. Ra states, "First comes the flash, then comes the blast, then comes the fallout." Simply straight and scary!! The version on this recording is just as real and bold.
This is one of the most "accessible" Sun Ra albums I've heard--not a bad place to start if you're new to Sun Ra, though I wouldn't call it his best work, either. I particularly like his version of Ellington's "Drop Me Off in Harlem", which is swinging but slightly askew. N.B.: This sounds like a rip from vinyl, with the occasional pop.
