Trimming the filler from RCA’s 2001 best-of compilation, this Platinum & Gold edition collects SWV’s chart-topping hits from the ’90s, making this another wonderful addition to RCA’s economical series. While more dedicated fans would find the aforementioned best-of compilation more thorough and fulfilling, those looking for just the soulful ballads and pop chart hits the group was known for would find this a sensible purchase. – Rob Theakston
