“Stand by Your Man” and “D-I-V-O-R-C-E” speak for themselves. But not to be overlooked are the less honored likes of “Apartment No. 9,” her debut hit, written by Johnny Paycheck; and “Your Good Girl’s Gonna Go Bad,” in which her freedom (instead of little J-O-E’s tears) are at stake.
