Terry Lynn with personable music?

Terry Lynn takes a serious approach to life experiences that many sentimentalists prefer to run from. "IMF" integrates a public statement from a government official regarding poverty in Jamaica. "Politricks" clearly states an attitude towards politicians. "Consumers" brings up an applicable issue that many people face today in our current global financial state. All of these things are beautifully written into well-composed songs that maintain an intriguing yet unique sound. One loud trip through this album will leave many listeners with throbbing ears and a new outlook to life. Terry Lynn is not to be compared to M.I.A. or Santogold–-she stands in a league of her own.
