Consistent
This is a good example of the genre, that I missed at the time. (Although the production is weak on some of the tracks). The guitar sound is fuzzed to take away the tendency towards the 'twee'. The Flatmates are noted as a related band, but I think that the sound is closer to The Darling Buds or The Parachute Men (neither of whom are available from eMusic at the time of writing)
