Something more to say...a LOT more.
Bands that have been around awhile tend to either explode due to personality conflicts or just fade away because, well, they don't have anything worthwhile to say anymore. Not so The Choir. Now well past their first decade (okay, approaching the end of their second), The Choir have hung in there while much more sucessful groups of the same era have long been forgotten. Rather than succumb to the "more product" mantra, The Choir have reduced their output to a collection of songs every four or five years now, (much to the chagrin of their smallish but loyal fanbase), but what a collection of songs this is. Newer member guitarist Marc Byrd (see Hammock) gets pushed more to the forefront here and it gives incredible new dimensions to an already incredible band. "Say Goodbye to Neverland" is sufficient reason to download the entire album. Bands like this and albums like this are why Emusic exists.
