A Reunion That Doesn't Live Up To The Original
You never know how a reunion of a legendary band is going to sound, especially the reunion of a band that was as shortlived as Electric Flag. While this does have all of the principal players from the legendary "A Long Time Coming" album of the late 60s, it is hampered from the start by less than stellar songwriting and arrangements that sound forced and manufactured. The legendary Mike Bloomfield, the driving force behind the original band is almost invisible here.
