A modern classic
This Finnish jazzcrew (NOT Rock/Pop as emusic thinks) has become a world club-jazz name. Musicians from the group Nuspirit Helsinki started releasing pure jazz vinyl EP's in early 2000s minded for the club-going dj's and audiance. Their EPs was a smash hit amongst jazz dj's, and they decided to go "all in" on the jazzy side of life. Ricky Tick records was founded upon Five Corners Quintet, and they sure haven't looked back. This is a great hard-bop/souljazz/latin record. Sure to keep those dancemoves fresh and groovy paying tribute to the groovy history of the genre, that made it all possible. Buy it, you won't regret.
