I am a fan of this album. The repetitive lyrics didn't even get a second notice. I liked this album a lot. Great tunes and her voice is well done. I would recommend this album.

Big fan of repetive spoken poetry???
Than this album is for you. The music is decent, pretty good actually. Don't let the samples here fool you though. As I said, there's one girl repeating over and over the same poem on each track. The first time you here it it's like, oh that's cool. Then she says it over again and again. By the time you reach track two you realize that this is the format of this album. for example: I see goosebumps all over this town threaded down with dumb rappers lip flappers trying to find peace across the bridge hanging from infinity. cool at first then dragged out

I bought a CD by this band about ten years ago and found their schizo blend of jazz/rock/trip hop to be unlike anyone else I'd heard. It's been a favourite of mine since then, but have never found anything out about the band, who they are or where they are from (their CD cover has no info whatsoever). Then I stumble across this on emusic and my heart missed a beat as I stumbled to click download all before I'd even listened to the tracks. I wasn't dissapointed. If you're after a late night soundtrack that leaves you with an uneasy feeling after listening then this is for you.
