Sad trivia...
The sax player, Jason Rae, died in 2008. He was Corrine Bailey Rae's husband. I just read that her new album, "The Sea" is (obviously) heavily influenced by his passing. RIP Jason!

yup this is a real nice find, its fresh like a nuns crotch yet stinks like a hippies'. Bought the album. Personal favourites are Pipe Bag & Huffalump. Funny opening track, nice close too.
If I'm not mistaken these guys were on tour with Mark Ronson for awhile and played with him at Lollapalooza (the end of their tour). THE BUMP sounds familiar as something that would have opened the set or just as something funky for just the horns. I'm likening them to Soulive if you're looking for something else on eMusic. I'm also grabbing HOT DAMN and THE TRAVLER PART1.
tight jazzy funk without the twiddly solos or cheesy refrains. several of the tracks feature vocal contributions and its varied enough whilst still retaining it's own sound. a real find. Shame about the bandname though....
