Seeking the once-New Sekers?
The New Seekers, despite their impressive catalogue of hits, so often seemed the almost band. They were almost mega-popular, almost-hip, almost various genres. But I and millions loved them for all that.They had a mega-hit with the tune from the Coke-A-Cola advert (Track 1) and represented the UK at Eurovision (almost winning - Track 5). Perhaps because of their then almost status they remain fresh and interesting today - almost. Recommended.
