Creative abundance
This disc is one of the most fun, ebullient, meaty, noisy, funky and melodic discs I've ever heard. Brilliant jazz -- not at all cool, or laid back. Passionate. I spent time with Chapin at around the time this disc came out (we're distantly related), and the energy with which he embraced life was inspirational.
