Overlooked? I don't think so
I am sure the only reason this album hasn't been rated, raided and deified. Tracy Grammer has a beautiful voice, is a consumate musician and interprets Dave Carter's work better than he ever could. She deserves to be acknowledged as the reason so many of us even know who Dave Carter was. Having said that, she's a solid songwriter in her own right.
