"Wrong Meeting 2" n' is not these discs which really make advance the schmilblick but it has the merit d' to be very effective, especially lorsqu' it is taken along by guitars inherited the punk rock'n'roll, is raised by fronts hookers, and is upwards drawn by a given and convincing song. The heart of Two Lone Swordsmen thus balances regularly between rock'n'roll, punk funk and dub, without never décontenancer l' listener thanks to a real will to make of this new test a coherent disc. And failing to make proof d' an undeniable originality, to lay a resolutely futuristic music, Weatherall and Tenniswood have at least the merit to return it extremely effective and to make it sound as if it were timeless.

two lone albums

What can you say, no releases from Weatherall & co for what seems ages then suddenly a solo EP and two new Two Lone Swordsmen albums. This continues in the same post punk, electroclash vain as Wrong Meeting, if you really need a reference to another band, think early New Order. I was worried that this second one would just be the fillers that didn't make the actual Wrong Meeting album but was quickly relieved to hear the quality of the tracks. From the opening humourous Mountain Man, this album doesn't miss a beat. The two tracks that sprung up as instant classics were Glories Yesterday and Hey Deborah Anne. If you download those and like them, you'll love the rest of the album. Another top release from the Two Lone Swordsmen.
