Classic.
At first, I thought this band was a joke. I thought, after seeing the video for "Black No. 1," there's no way this band is any good. I liked the song, but I figured they were just another reject band from the 90s. Boy, was I wrong. This is one helluva cd. Any fan, whether casual or die-hard, of doom metal or any metal with dark and gloomy lyrics and music, must have this CD. The title track alone is worth the price. "Can't Lose You" is a sadistic and relentless exercise in insanity and lust. And their cover of "Summer Breeze"? Bet you never thought you'd head bang to that ditty. I was fortunate enough to see this band live back in '95 (with Pantera). One of the best shows I've ever seen. I've since discovered Carnivore and their prior works, and I have cherished their post "Bloody Kisses" catalogue as well. But this one is special; this one is the one I'm sure Peter is most proud of. R.I.P., Pete.
