TD always makes the blues sound lovely.
I remember watching Tyrone Davis sing in my daddy's babershop/juke joint in Chicago. Tyrone was a great man with a big heart. He "sung" my favorite song, "momas apple pie." I use to sing the entire song word from word when I was a like ten years old. My dad loved playing Tyrone Davis from his jukebox. I was so shy back then...Tyrone asked me to sing but I would not do it. He was just shocked that I knew his song. If he was still alive, I would definately not let that opportunity get by again. His voice was one in a million.
