Baby Mmmmm
Baby M, by Marumari - quite possibly one of the most delicious slices of electronic bliss pop you're ever likely to hear. There's nothing else that comes near it on this comp. Seriously ! The Belong, Casino Versus Japan and Takagi Masakatsu full length albums are far and away a better place to find superior material by these artists. Not forgetting that Supermogadon album aswell by Marumari - a "must have" summertime classic for any self respecting music fan, whether they be tripping, dipping or just pure downright stoned...
Aquarium
Well, this is the first time I have put a review on this album and..... I like Aquarium - makes me feel mellow and soft. I kind of like to put different types of songs together. So I probably will download only about 2 or 3 off this.
not bad for free
what do you have to bitch about if it is free and if you can even sample before you buy you big crybabies.
Pretty Bad
Tracks 1-5 just plain suck, a lot. They are annoying, irritating; why torture yourself? Tracks 6 and 8 are the best on here, might be OK if you're trippin', and track 7 is not as bad as the first 5, but still not good for the same reasons. The first beat is so random it never does sync with anything else; the 2nd beat is better, and the cut finally gets it together, but wtf, might as well throw these beats in the garbage can. I'm keeping tracks 6 & 8 for my next trip, just for the hell of it. Track 8 is sort of nice, not ambient, but laid back electronica, or perhaps it only sounds passable after listening to the the rest of this dribble? At the most, check out tracks 6, & 8 if they are still free downloads; otherwise, consider 8 if you like the sample. God, tracks 1-5 are absolutely putrid! They should pay US to DOWNLOAD them!
