Not a Start to Finish Effort

I am a huge WARRANT fan. I've seen them on each tour at least once. I welcomed Jamie St. James when Jani was unable to carry the torch and was even more excited when Robert Mason (former Lynch Mob and Big Cock joined). I saw a few of these tunes performed live at the M3 festival and could not wait to get the CD. Something got lost in the translation. Still, SEX AINT LOVE and SHOW MUST GO ON are big time stand outs. Oddly, the best song shows WARRANT stretching in a new direction with DUSTY'S REVENGE, almost a haunting throwback to Jeff Beck's work on Bon Jovi's BLAZE OF GLORY. Worth the downloads for a true fan, but not a solid effort on EVERY song like Dog Eat Dog. Go see Warrant live anytime you can.
