I could quibble over the song selection, but really it’s a great collection and will probably leave you wanting to hear more. So if you’re familiar with a song or two and curious to hear more go ahead and grab this one. Warren was one of a kind!
This best of was put together a decade before my Zevon favorites were released. Great songs like "My Ride Is Here" and "Disorder in The House" (with Bruce Springsteen) were yet to come. But I have all of those albums anyway. This was a good way to add to my early Zevon collection. The man was always genius and very original.
This is a best of worthy of the name . . . all the hits and should have been hits.
