This 1995 collection on Fonovisa features fine salsa/tropical music in the style that Colon helped establish and make famous — a mix of pop sensibilities and irreverence, and reliance on a trombone/coro-heavy sound melded with traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms. Combining equal parts salsa dura and salsa romantica, Y Vuelve Otra Vez! is a fine example of some of the best of contemporary salsa. – Gregg Juke
