Willie West deserves a better retrospective...

Well, It's Too Bad That 'Nawlins soul man Willie West never received a true retrospective. I guess I shouldn't complain, because at least these tracks are available. Audiophiles beware though as these Willie West tracks are so deeply muddled they sound lifted off 45's, acetates or a cheap Certron c-60 cassette taped off AM radio. I should expect a little Grit & Gristle I suppose...but I'd bet Willie, who lives in Minnesota these days, doesn't get a dime from these bootlegs.
