Close your eyes and you are back in 1971
The two longer tracks are the stand-outs but I sense that the acoustic guitar and double bass of 'Interlude' and the Elizabethan feel of 'Armoury' will haunt me. All-round brilliant musicianship and instrumental inventiveness are hallmarks of Wobbler. They are not rooted in the past but using the past to progress, if that doesn't sound too pretentious. Whatever.........Download 'Afterglow', I strongly suggest and let's hope that eMusic gets hold of the 'Rites At Dawn' album.
