Wolves in the Throne Room, Celestial Lineage
2011 | Label: Southern Lord

If you haven't ever been able to take metal seriously, try this. It will dig deep into you. This is the sound of humanity and the earth and the soul and everything.

new age meets rock

BostonBabe

I was blown away at how this band has managed to combine ethereal rhythms with rock. The album deserves a listen by everyone who wants to expand their rock repertoire. Very sexy sounding.

magick, or music? one and the same!

psychorave

its great to listen to something with a true meaning within it, rather than, the travesties allegedly suffered in someone's life, that has driven them mad with drink & drugs/suicidal/self-harming, into a mean gangsta! scared of nothing and nobody, yet surrounded by bodyguards, security, private & official! i love all GOOD music, whatever the content of the lyrics, i've played in enough different bands and was part owner of a club, music, magick, mysticism just like the 3 r's except the 3 m's all begin with m, in could add meditation etc. but it doesn't make for the point, no one thing is more important than another! BALANCE/DNA/EVOLUTION? live, love be free x x x x x luv m x x x x x
