Hard to classify
Zen for Primates's music is hard to classify; it seems to be an amalgam of cabaret, rock, classical, and show tunes. The quality of the musicianship is high, and most of the songs have a deadpan, sly humor. Overall, I'd rate this album somewhere between 3 and 4. But I've given another of their albums, "It's Polka Time", 5 stars.
