Juliette Commagere is a Los Angeles based singer/songwriter who previously worked with the band Hello Stranger and The Bird and the Bee. She has toured with Nick Lowe, Ry Cooder, Pete Yorn and played the Download Festival with Bat for Lashes as well as co-headlined the 2nd annual Manimal Festival in Joshua Tree, CA with Warpaint (band), Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros and Hecuba (band). Juliette's musical partner and percussionist is husband, Joachim Cooder (son of Ry Cooder). Juliette's younger brother is pop singer, songwriter and producer, Robert Francis (musician). She helped sing the female sections in Avenged Sevenfold's song "A Little Piece of Heaven" of their 2007 self-titled album.

Her debut album Queens Die Proudly was released in October 2008 on the Aeronaut Records imprint. In early 2010, Juliette signed with Manimal Vinyl to release her second album titled The Procession.

The album's debut single "Eats from the Inside" was released in June 2010.
