Peter E. Small (birth registered January→March 1939 (age 72–73) in Pontefract district) is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s, '60s and '70s playing at representative level for Great Britain, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Castleford, and Bradford Northern, as a Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.

International honours

Peter Small played Left-Wing, i.e. number 5 and scored a try for Great Britain while at Castleford in the 8-27 defeat to New Zealand at Carlaw Park, Auckland on Saturday 11 August 1962.

County honours

Peter Small played Left-Second-row, i.e. number 11 for Yorkshire while at Castleford in the 15-14 victory over Australia at Belle Vue, Wakefield on Wednesday 4 October 1967.
