History
The band originated from a friendship between the Vivian Girls guitarist Cassie Ramone and Kevin Morby from the band Woods, who met at a Brooklyn house party. The Babies were first formed as a partnership between Cassie Ramone, Kevin Morby and drummer Justin Sullivan from the band Bossy.
Cry Along with The Babies is described by Larry Ryan of The Independent as a gorgeous, lo-fi affair with scratchy, barely-there guitars and faint to-and- fro vocals from Ramone and Morby.
