Biography

The hard and heavy Chore formed in January 1995 in the small town of Dunnville, Ontario; the band is comprised of Christopher Bell (vocals/guitar), Michael Bell (bass/guitar), and David Dunham (drums). In May of that year, Brian Pettigrew (bass) joined the band; Pettigrew and Dunham had met in 1994 during a short stay at the Hamilton Psychiatric Hospital. Chore's full-length debut, Another Plebeian, was released by Sonic Unyon in May 1997; Take My Mask and Breathe followed in May 1999.
