Biography

Burmer is a gifted melodist and a meticulous electronic craftsman. His style grew out of a love for East Indian and European folk music, as well as an interest in the progressive rock of the '70s à la Moody Blues and Pink Floyd. Adept in sophisticated studio techniques, Burmer honed his craft in the Southern California electronic scene of the mid '80s before returning to his Michigan homeland at the end of the decade.
