Biography

The Damage Manual are old, loud, and snotty -- a post-punk/industrial all-star affair comprised of legends that have pretty much worked with one another at some point in their endlessly intersecting careers. Including scene pioneers Martin Atkins (PiL, Pigface), Jah Wobble (PiL), Geordie Walker (Killing Joke), and Chris Connelly (Revolting Cocks), the group issued its ferocious debut EP on Atkins' Invisible label in early 2000. Though the band's debut hinted at glories past, it successfully avoided nostalgia, sounding just as vital as their younger peers. The quartet hit the road in support of their debut EP in the summer of 2000, and a self-titled full length CD arrived later in the year, followed by more touring.
