Biography

Founded in 2001 by Adam Neal, former leader of Hookers, the drummer of Nine Pound Hammer, and one of the founding members of Nashville Pussy, the Brothers of Conquest united the efforts of four other experienced musicians. Joining Neal were two other former Hookers elements, Rodney Roads (bass) and Ian Spiders (guitar), that along with guitarist Tony Rivers and drummer ZZ Priest finally set the Brothers of Conquest lineup. Bringing together the most powering visions of heavy metal and embracing shattering visions of styles like punk, Neal and his partners fully started their venture after resettling in Louisville, KY. Following months of preparation, the crew finally resolved on recording their first studio effort. All the Colors of Darkness, the Brothers of Conquest's debut album, ultimately hit record stores in February of 2002 via the Go Kart records label.
