Biography

Brian Harding (vocals and guitar), Jason Roberts (guitar and Wurlitzer), Jeremy Kay (bass), and Tony Kent (drums) create the honeyed alternative country-rock tones of Hymns. The New York foursome formed in 2005 with original drummer Matt Cole; however, Cole left the group in summer 2006 and was replaced by Kent, a Texas native. Hymns' debut album, Brother/Sister, and shows with Ben Kweller and the Sam Roberts Band followed in October 2006.
