Biography

Hard-hitting guitarist, singer/songwriter and Greenville, AL native Jason Isbell amicably left the genre defying roots rock ensemble Drive-By Truckers in 2006 to pursue a solo career. The resulting Sirens of the Ditch, a bluesy, punk-infused lesson in guitar tones and Southern swagger arrived in the summer of 2007 on the New West label.
